Ingredients for making veg biryani:
• 2 large bowls of rice
• 100 gm cheese
• Curd – water drained out
• 2 onions
• 1 ginger
• 1 tsp red chilli
• Salt – according to taste
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 2 cloves
• 2-3 fast leaves
• 1 piece dal sugar
• 2 tomatoes
• 2 carrots
• eating colour
• 2 tsp ghee
Method of making veg biryani:
First of all, clean the rice, wash it and soak it for half an hour. Finely chop the onion. Grind the ginger finely. After that, heat four teaspoons of ghee in a pot, add cumin seeds, cardamom, cloves, fast leaves, add sugar and fry until it turns red. Now, after 2 minutes, add onions to it. Keep in mind that when the onion is light brown, add ginger paste to it and add red chillies and salt for some time. Now put rice in this mixture, add four bowls of water and cover it. Lighten the flame when it comes to a boil. Now when the rice is well cooked, turn off the gas. After this, cut the tomatoes round and cut them. Now, greasy a dough and put down a tomato slide in it and lay the cashew nuts in it, then lay a layer of cheese. After this, add red color to a little rice, then add plain rice and lay it. In the end, lay all the rice in this way and turn the pot upside down and turn it into a plate. Take hot veg biryani is ready.
