Ingredients to make Egg Pasta –
1/2 cup Penne Pasta
– 2 Eggs
– 1 Onion, chopped
– 1 Tomato, chopped
– 1/4 cup Green Capsicum
– 1/2 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
– 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
-1/2 tsp garam masala powder
– salt to taste
– 1/4 tsp cumin
– 2 tsp oil
Method to make Egg Pasta
First heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and let them crackle. After that add chopped onion and fry it well. After roasting the onion, add ginger garlic paste and fry it well. After this, add chopped tomatoes and fry well once more. Now add red chili powder, salt and garam masala powder to the pan and mix it well and fry till the tomatoes are cooked. Break 2 eggs and beat them. Add chopped capsicum while frying the egg and mix it well. 4. When the egg appears completely fried, add the cooked pasta and mix it well with the spices. When everything is mixed, turn off the flame. Your Egg Pasta is ready. Serve it hot.
