Now the central government has given a big relief to the people. Now the Registrar General’s office has been instructed that these certificates will not be required for Aadhaar registration. This certificate can be made even without that. The government has issued a notification regarding this. Along with this, the Ministry of Electronics and IT has also given guidelines for the RGI office. Now the Aadhaar database has been approved to be used during the registration of births and deaths.
The government has issued this instruction only under the Birth and Death Registration Act 1969. The government said in its notification that the registrar has been allowed to select either the option of yes or no in the reporting form birth or death. Now he can do the verification of Aadhaar number on voluntary basis. In the birth of a new child, it is necessary to inform the parents about them. The people of the state government and the union territory will follow the rules made by the central government. State Government and Union Territories will use Aadhaar verification.
