New Delhi: India is going to celebrate its 77th Independence Day on 15th August. Preparations are being made all over the country for this great festival. Programs will be organized across the country. The main program will be held in the country’s capital Delhi. The Prime Minister of the country will hoist the tricolor flag on the ramparts of the Red Fort and address the nation. Security was tightened in the capital Delhi ahead of Independence Day. Along with the Red Fort and Rajghat, the Delhi Police is keeping an eye on every nook and corner of the capital.

A parade will also be taken out during Independence Day. For which full dress rehearsal is happening today on 13th August. Delhi Police has done traffic diversion for full dress rehearsal. According to the traffic advisory of Delhi Police, Netaji Subhash Marg, Lothian Marg, S. P. Mukherjee Marg, Chandni Chowk Marg, Nishad Raj Marg, Esplanade Marg and its link roads, Ring Road from Rajghat to ISBT and Outer Ring Road from ISBT to IP Flyover will be fully opened for public on Sunday from 4 am to 11 am. closed since.
