A Frisco-based charity collecting funds for demolishing churches and forcefully converting Christians to Hinduism. FIACONA is calling for consultation with local Christian leaders and a Press Conference.
WHEN: DECEMBER 13, AT 10:30 AM
WHERE: City Hall premises, Frisco, TX.
WHY: A Frisco-based charity organized a fundraiser on November 27, 2022, with the explicitly stated goals of demolishing churches besides forcefully converting Christians to Hinduism. This charity in Frisco is one of many radical Hindu nationalist organizations that have sprung up across the United States in recent years. Their intention is to cause harm to people of certain faiths. These extremist groups operating on US soil pose a security threat to the people and property of several US-based social and relief organizations by directly threatening their operations overseas. These extremist groups are actively sponsoring and hosting US events by inviting radical leaders from India, providing them a platform to spread their hateful ideology. They poison the minds of unsuspecting youth in America.
BACKGROUND: This Frisco-based entity in question has been in operation since 2008. It has used its 501c(3) tax-exempt status to raise funds from people and corporations on US soil. They promote hate and violence against Christian missions in India. This shocking incident has caused an uproar, causing the city of Frisco to hold a special hearing on December 6th, where people of all religious backgrounds expressed their outrage that such radical organizations were permitted to operate on US soil.
Almost all churches in America, from small storefront churches to mega-churches, have either an ongoing program or have had some programs with a church in India in recent years. Many of these programs have faced violence from radical Hindu vigilante groups who are financially supported by organizations like the ones in Frisco, TX.
These US-based Hindu extremist organizations have managed to hide under the peaceful and benign image of the Hindu faith. They have taken advantage of the goodwill of the American people towards Hinduism and Hindu ideas like Yoga and meditation.
Texas is also home to over 200,000 Indian American Christians. Nearly 300 churches of various denominations and languages serve this community in the Dallas metro area alone. Over 200 clergy and local leaders are expected to attend a planned closed-door consultation on Monday night in Frisco, TX, prior to this Press Conference.
At this press event:
A statement, along with stated demands, will be released to the public.
A copy of the letter to authorities, signed by Community leaders and Pastors, will be released.
Experts will be at hand to discuss the potential threat to America’s interest from Hindu extremist groups operating in Texas.
It will be led by local leaders and pastors.
Please send a reporter to cover the event so the larger public can be better informed.
Thank you.
