Ingredients for making Cumin Mint Mathri
Flour – 500 grams
Semolina – 200 grams
Cumin – 4 spoons
Ghee – 125 grams
Mint – 500 grams
Salt – as required
Milk – one table spoon
Oil – 2 spoons
Ghee – for frying
Method of making Cumin Mint Mathri
To make Cumin Mint Mathri, first of all, in a bowl add all purpose flour, semolina, cumin, mint, salt and mix it well. Now add water to the flour and knead it well and keep it aside for 20 minutes.
When the dough is set properly, then make equal quantity of dough and roll it in the shape of mathri. Now put ghee in a pan and keep it for heating. Then put mathris in the pan one by one and fry them well.
