Ingredients for making malai onion vegetable:
• 2 cups chopped onions
• 4 tsp tomato puree
• Cream extracted from 1/2 cup of turmeric milk
• 1 tsp chopped green chilies
• A pinch of hemp
• 1/2 tsp turmeric
• 1 tsp cumin seeds
• 1 tsp coriander powder
• 1 large cardamom
• 1/2 tsp Kasuri fenugreek powder
• Salt to taste
• 2 tsp oil
Method of making malai onion vegetable – First of all, put oil in a pan and heat it, let the cumin seeds be crushed, then add the asafoetida and run, fry for a few seconds by adding large cardamom. After that add turmeric coriander powder and onions and fry till the onions are golden. Now add the puree and salt of the tomato and cook on a low flame for 2 minutes. After this, add the cream and let it cook on a low flame for 4-5 minutes. After this, turn off the gas and add kasuri fenugreek powder from the top and serve with hot vegetable parathas or roti.
