Ingredients for making mushroom noodles:
200 grams of noodles
300-400 g mushrooms
1/2 tbsp garlic, chopped into pieces
1/2 tsp ginger, chopped into pieces
1 tsp green chilli, chopped into pieces
1/2 tsp black pepper or white chilli
1/2 cup green onion, chopped into pieces
1-2 tsp celery (optional), finely chopped
2 to 2. 5 tbsp oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp rice vinegar or regular vinegar
Green onion leaves for garnish
Method of making mushroom noodles:
boil the noodles lightly. Then put them aside. Now heat the oil in a pan or pan and on a low to medium flame, first add chopped garlic, chopped ginger and chopped green chillies. Now fry for a few seconds, then add the chopped green onions. Add both white and green parts of it. Now put 2 tablespoons of greens to decorate. After this, fry and fry the green onions until it is transparent. Then add the chopped mushrooms. Now stir the mushrooms well and fry on medium to sharp flames, stirring occasionally.
The mushrooms will release water while ripening, and fry it until all the water has dried up and the mushrooms become light golden from the edges. Now, then add the crushed pepper to it. Then add soy sauce and mix well. Now add noodles. Add salt. Now toss the noodles running well and add rice vinegar or regular white vinegar. Now shake and mix it all up. After this, turn off the flame and finally add chopped green onion leaves.
