Visakhapatnam: There has been a tremendous explosion in the reactor of Sahiti Pharma Lab in SEZ of Anakapalli district near Visakhapatnam. Two people have died in this blast. After the blast, a fire broke out at the spot, to control which three fire tenders are present on the spot. The blast took place at Sahiti Pharma unit in Achyutapuram SEZ. According to the information, many people are feared to be trapped inside due to the blast. Police informed that four people were badly burnt due to the explosion.
Police further informed that efforts are on to douse the flames and control the crowd gathered there so that people do not move towards the accident site. Parvada DSP KV Satyanarayana told PTI on Friday, “So far its It is not confirmed how many people have died, but four people have suffered serious burns.
