Sharjah, UAE -27 July 2023: Offering an exciting opportunity to embark on an extraordinary journey during this summer, Sharjah’s Al Noor Island has launched its Summer Program, with an array of specially designed activities that seamlessly blend art, nature, education, and entertainment.
Running every Sunday during the summer season, the program promises to be a magical experience through five distinct workshops spread across various zones on the island. Guests will have the unique opportunity to bask in the beauty of lush greenery, explore the mesmerizing butterfly house wonders, and participate in captivating workshops sure to leave a lasting impression.
Zone 1 – A Cupcake Canvas of Imagination
Explore the boundless creativity within Zone 1, where the Noor Cafe will host a delightful cupcake decoration workshop. With signature butterfly designs and more, participants will be provided with freshly baked cupcakes and all the necessary materials to create their edible masterpieces. Complementary refreshments will also be offered during the session.
Zone 2 – Art and Craft
In Zone 2, participants will embark on an artistic adventure with art and craft workshops. Aspiring little artists can craft their own artwork and choose a coloring sheet to take home. In another workshop here, participants will also have the opportunity to create their own caterpillar and butterfly, adding a touch of magic to their artistic journey.
Zone 3 – Nurturing Nature’s Canvas
Two workshops await eager participants in zone 3; Art in Nature and Nurture Nature. In Art in Nature, budding artists will receive easels, painting materials, and a Landscape Tutorial Sample to unleash their creativity on canvas. Meanwhile, the Nurture Nature workshop will enlighten participants on the art of creating with plants, providing insights into gardening techniques, potting skills, and plant care. The session will culminate in a Q&A session, offering valuable tips for maintaining a beautiful garden. Participants will also receive a giveaway to cherish and take home.
In addition to the engaging workshops, attendees of the Al Noor Island Summer Program will have full access to all the island’s attractions.
The two-hour program will run from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and the guests will have the flexibility to choose a Sunday of their preference while booking. Tickets are priced at AED 120 per person, including access to all workshops, activities, materials, and giveaways.

Al Noor Island, developed and operated by Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) is located on Khalid Lagoon. The destination’s working hours are from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm on weekdays and 9:00 am to 12:00 midnight on weekends. The Butterfly House is open daily from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

تقدم جزيرة النور في الشارقة فرصة للانطلاق في رحلة ممميزة خلال هذا الصيف، حيث أطلقت برنامجها الصيفيالذي يتضمنمجموعة واسعة من الأنشطة التي تمزج بين الفن والطبيعة والتعليم والترفيه.
تستقبل الجزيرة كل أحدالراغبين في المشاركةببرنامجهاالصيفي الذي سيقدم لهم تجربة فريدة من خلال خمس ورش عمل متميزة تقامفي مناطق مختلفة منالجزيرة. وسيحظى الضيوف بفرصة تأملجمالالطبيعةوالمساحات الخضراء واستكشاف بيت الفراشات والمشاركة في ورش عمل صُمِّمتخصيصاً لترضي جميع الزوار من مختلف الفئات العمرية.
المنطقة 1 – لوحة كب كيك من الخيال
اكتشف مساحاتٍ من الإبداع داخل المنطقة 1، حيث سيستضيف مقهى نور ورشة عمل فنيةلتزيين الكب كيك. سيتم تزويد المشاركينبتصاميم مميزةللفراشات، إضافةً إلى الكب كيك الطازج وجميع المواد اللازمة للتزيين، وستُقدَّم مرطبات منعشة للمشاركين خلال الجلسة.
المنطقة 2 – الفنون والحرف
في المنطقة 2، سينطلق المشاركون في مغامرة مشوقة مع ورش عمل فنية وحرفية. يمكن للفنانين الصغار الشغوفينصياغة أعمالهم الفنية واختيار ورقة تلوين والاحتفاظ بها لأخذها إلى المنزل. في ورشة عمل أخرى، ستُتاح للمشاركين كذلكفرصةصناعةيرقة وفراشة خاصة بهم، مايضيف لمسة من السحر إلى رحلتهم الفنية.
المنطقة 3 -العناية بالنباتات والرسم في الطبيعة
ورشتاعمل في انتظار المشاركين في المنطقة 3؛ الفن في الطبيعة والعنايةبالنباتات. فيالورشة الأولى، سيحصل الفنانون المبتدئونعلى إطار خاص بالرسمومستلزماتالرسم وبعضالدروس الخاصة بالمناظر الطبيعية لإطلاق العنان لإبداعاتهم الفنية على القماش. وفي الوقت نفسه، ستقدمورشة عملالعناية بالنباتاتللمشاركين معلوماتٍ شاملةًحول صناعة الأعمال الفنية باستخدام النباتات،إلى جانبأساسيات البستنة،ومهارات صناعة الفخارورعايةالنباتات. سيلي الجلسة فقرة أسئلة وأجوبة تقدم خلالها نصائح قيمة للاهتمامبالحدائق. سيحصل المشاركون كذلكعلى هديةتذكارية يمكنهم الاحتفاظ بها وأخذهاإلىالمنزل.
إلى جانب ورش العمل المميزة، سيتمكن المشاركون في البرنامج الصيفي بجزيرة النور من دخول وزيارة جميع مناطق الجذب في الجزيرة.
