The Indian team on Tuesday defeated Sri Lanka in the Super-4 round of Asia Cup 2023, which became Kohli’s 300th win at the international level with the Indian team. He became the second Indian cricketer to be a part of 300 or more international wins.
Virat Kohli left former captain MS Dhoni behind in terms of registering the most international wins with the Indian team. MS Dhoni has been a part of the Indian team in 298 international victories.
Let it be known that the record of being a part of the Indian team in most international victories is held in the name of the great batsman Sachin Tendulkar. Tendulkar has been a part of the Indian team in 307 international victories.
