To make Kalakand, first of all you have to boil milk and then add lemon or vinegar to it and tear it. After this, filter the chhena with the help of a clean cotton cloth and keep it aside. Now wash the chhena with water and clean it properly so that its smell goes away.
Now take out the water from the sieve and clean it properly. Now take chenna in a bowl and blend it properly. Now add two spoons of milk powder, 200 grams of condensed milk and other things in this bowl and mix properly.
After this, take a pan and put this mixture in it and stir well. Condensed milk is very sweet, so do not add sugar in it.
After cooking for some time, take it out in a plate. Be sure to apply ghee on the plate first, so that it does not stick. Now cool it, cut it into the shape of barfi and then offer it to Bappa.
