Everyone wants happiness, peace and Goddess Lakshmi to reside in the house and for this people take many measures. Some people do puja, havan and some get their house built as per Vaastu. According to Vastu, if you keep some things in the house according to the direction, then it also affects your life.
The following are some things related to Vastu:
1. Mirror along with dressing table should be on the east or north walls.
2. The wardrobe should be on the north-west or south side of the bedroom. TV, heater and air conditioner should be located in the south-eastern corner.
3. The place for reading and writing should be on the east or west side of the bedroom, while while studying, the face should be towards the east.
The safe or vault in the bedroom should be kept along the south wall. While opening, its mouth should open towards north. This will not reduce wealth.
4. South-west and west corners should never be kept vacant.
5. The bathroom adjacent to the bedroom should be in the west or north of the room.
6. While sleeping, the head should be towards east or south for a good sleep.
