The film, which releases on October 19, has collected 2.4 crores from the UK and 1.25 crores from the United States till September 29. It shares the hope of success of the film.

The booking of the film has already started in many foreign countries. In the UK, the bookings started from September 7 with three weeks left for release . 4 crore tickets were sold. In America it is 1 . 25 crores.
Leo is the film that reunites Vijay and Trisha after a gap of seventeen years. This is Vijay’s second film with Lokesh Kanakaraj. The first film released in this partnership was Master which released in 2021 . Lokesh Kanagaraj’s last film directed by Kamal Haasan is Vikram.
Meanwhile, it has been alleged that the DMK government’s move to put pressure on Vijay has changed the audio release of ‘Leo’, which was scheduled to be held at the Jawaharlal Nehru Indoor Stadium in Chennai. However, producer Jagadish Palanisamy responded that the event was abandoned due to rush for the pass and security issues.
Nam Tamil party leader Seeman alleged that the DMK and the government were putting pressure on Vijay over his move to enter politics. It was hoped that Vijay would hint at his political entry during the audio release, which was eagerly attended by fans.
