Harare: Indian billionaire and mining tycoon Harpal Randhawa and his son Amer (22) died in a plane crash in Zimbabwe. Six people died in the accident on 29th of last month. The tragic incident happened when the private plane crashed near a diamond mine in southwestern Zimbabwe following a technical malfunction.
Harpal Randhawa is the owner of mining company Reosim. Randhawa and his son were traveling in a Cessna 206 aircraft privately owned by RioZim. They were on their way to the Muroa diamond mine from Zimbabwe’s capital, Harare, when they met with an accident. The single-engine plane crashed near the Muroa Diamonds mine, which is partly owned by RioZim. All on board died in the crash.
The family of Harpal Randhawa who died with his son Amer on Friday in a plane crash, respectfully invite all his friends and associates to celebrate his life and that of his son Amer at a memorial service at Raintree on Wednesday the 4th of October, 2023.
