How to make Beetroot Manchurian
To make Beetroot Manchurian, first peel the beetroot and boil it well in water and after it cools down, mash it and keep it aside in a vessel.
After this, add semolina, curd, salt, black pepper and some green vegetables along with beetroot in a vessel, mash it well and make Manchurian balls.
After making balls, bake or fry them well for 10 minutes. Now put oil in a pan and heat it.
When the oil becomes hot, add ginger, garlic, salt, green chillies and chopped cabbage etc. and fry for some time. After frying, add soya sauce, chili sauce and tomato sauce and cook for some time.
Now add corn flour with light water, mix it and add Manchurian balls and cook for some time and turn off the gas. Before turning off the gas, add coriander leaves.
