JERUSALEM: It has been revealed that Hamas distributed a pamphlet among Islamic terrorists describing inhumane methods to be used to torture hostages. The shocking revelation was made by Israeli President Isaac Herzog. These included terrorizing hostages and IS-style live-streamed executions. The manual was found on the body of a Hamas terrorist killed in Gaza during Israel’s counter-attack.
The terrorist manual also provides instructions on how to use sniper fire, car bombs, suicide bombings and other measures to re-establish control of occupied territory.
Terrorists are asked to accurately record the personal information of prisoners and to possess identification documents. The leaflet includes a diagram depicting the organizational structure, weapons and electronic resources of the Israel Defense Forces.
The eight-page manual instructed Hamas terrorists to use prisoners as human shields in the event of an attack, regardless of their gender, race or religion. The prisoners were ordered to be ‘killed if necessary’, particularly if there was any sign of rebellion among them, Hamas instructed the terrorists to broadcast the executions live. The Israeli president pointed out that many of these Islamic terrorists have GoPro cameras and have shared their footage online.
