You must have tried curd sholay many times in restaurants, but have you tried making it at home? If not, then let us make an easy recipe of Dahi Sholay at home in restaurant style….
Ingredients-
1/2 cup curd
3 tbsp chopped onion
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp dried mango powder
3 tbsp coriander leaves
1 cup paneer
3 tbsp chopped capsicum (green chilli)
1 tsp Red chilli powder
Salt as required
6 slices bread slices
Method of making curd sholay:
Take one bowl. Add cheese and curd in it. Now add chopped onion, capsicum, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, dry mango powder and green coriander. Mix well to prepare the mixture. Now take bread slices and cut the edges. Use a rolling pin and roll the bread slices into a cheese sheet. Now put 1-2 tbsp of stuffing in the middle of the bread slice and bring all the edges together. Add a few drops of water and make a small ball. Press gently to seal the ball. Make more stuffed balls like this. Now heat oil in a pan and put stuffed balls in it and deep fry them till they turn golden brown. When they become crispy, take them out in a plate and you can serve them with any chutney.
