Drug supplying gang busted

New Delhi: Sector-126 Kotwali Police has busted a racket supplying intoxicating drugs to the students of Amity University and other educational institutions located in Noida and the people living nearby.

The accused have been identified as Akshay Kumar of Baghpat, Rajan Singh of Mainpuri, Darshan of Burhampur (Madhya Pradesh), Aditya Kumar of Muzaffarpur (Bihar), Satendra Srivastava of Badaun, Sagar Bajaj of Firozpur City Punjab, Anit Som of Meerut, Apoorva Saxena of Kaushambi, Narendra Kumar of Jhunjhunu (Rajasthan). Nine vicious accused involved in the supply of narcotic drugs have been arrested and a huge quantity of domestic and foreign narcotics has been recovered from their possession.

Its price in the international market is around Rs 20-25 lakh. Apart from this, 10 mobile phones, Rs 3200, two electronic weighing scales and a car used in the supply of narcotics have also been recovered. The accused have been arrested near the Service Road Green Belt in front of Mayur Roundabout. Illegal Shillong and indigenous Udaipur ganja, 15 kg 140 gm of cocaine, 30 gm of cocaine, about 20 gm of MDMA (pills), 150 gm of charas, 65 gm of foreign ganja etc. were recovered from the possession of the accused.
