Israel’s action against Hamas continues. Now the Palestinian group has claimed that 70 people have died in Gaza in the air strike by Israel. Hamas has termed Israel’s action as ‘genocide’. It is being said that more than 20 thousand Palestinians have died so far.
According to media reports, Palestine Health Ministry spokesperson Ashraf al-Qidra says that Israel has attacked the refugee camp. He claimed that at least 70 people have died in this strike. He said that the death toll could increase further because a large number of families were living in the camp.
“Whatever is happening in Magaji camp is a massacre being carried out in a crowded residential intersection,” Kidara said. Apart from this, Hamas has also called it a new ‘war crime’. Here, the Israeli Army spokesperson says that they are looking into the report.
Gaza’s Health Ministry said on Sunday that 166 Palestinians had died in 24 hours. Till now the total figure has reached 20 thousand 424.
Hamas-led terrorists attacked civilians in southern Israel on October 7, killing 1,200 people and taking 240 hostage. The subsequent counter-war has devastated parts of the Gaza Strip, killing more than 20,200 Palestinians and displacing about 85 percent of Gaza’s population of 2.3 million.
