Pineapple Almond Pudding
Ingredients to make Pineapple Almond Halwa:
Pineapple Mash 2 large cups
250 grams almonds
150 grams desi ghee
150 grams khoya
ten to fifteen hinges
125 grams sugar
1 tsp cardamom powder.
Method of making halwa
First of all, wash, peel the pineapple and mash the pieces.
Heat a thick bottom pan on gas.
Add desi ghee in it and fry the pineapple. Let the pineapple cook in ghee on low flame.
Until the water inside it runs out.
Remove the peel of almonds and grind them in a mixer.
If you do not have time to soak the almonds for three to four hours, then boil the almonds in hot water for two to three minutes, then take them out and remove all the peels.
After grinding the almonds in the mixer, turn them into the pan along with the pineapple.
Fry this paste along with pineapple on low flame. When both together become like halwa, add sugar.
After the sugar melts, add the khoya and keep stirring on low flame. Take care that the halwa does not burn on the bottom.
After it is cooked well, turn off the gas. Lastly add cardamom powder and stir. While serving, add finely chopped cashews.
