Uttarakhand Police has arrested Haldwani violence mastermind Abdul Malik from Delhi. Abdul was the main accused in the Haldwani violence.
New Delhi: Abdul Malik, the mastermind of the violence that took place on February 8 in Banbhulpura, Haldwani, Uttarakhand, has been arrested. Accused Abdul Malik’s lawyers Ajay Bahuguna and Shalabh Pandey have claimed that Uttarakhand Police has arrested Abdul Malik from Delhi. After the Banbhulpura violence in Haldwani on February 8, the accused Abdul Malik was absconding.
After the arrest of the mastermind of Haldwani violence, an anticipatory bail petition has been filed in the session court of Haldwani ADJ First. Abdul Malik’s lawyer has filed this anticipatory bail petition. The anticipatory bail petition will be heard in the court on 27th February.
