It is reported that the film ‘OPPAM’, directed by Priyadarshan and starring Mohanlal in 2016, is being remade into Hindi. According to reports, Saif Ali Khan will play the blind role played by Mohanlal in the film directed by Priyadarshan himself.
And it was a huge hit in Malayalam. Samuthirakani, Meenakshi, Mamukoya, Nedumudi Venu and others played the lead roles in the thriller. The film was earlier remade in Kannada with Shiv Raj Kumar as the lead.
Currently, Priyadarshan is preparing for a new film starring Akshay Kumar. Akshay Kumar-Priyadarshan team up again after films like ‘Hera Pheri’, ‘Garam Masala’, ‘Bhaag Bhaag’ and ‘Bhool Bhulaiya’.
