Ingredients for making Garam Masala
- Big cardamom – 25 grams
- Black pepper- 25 grams
- Cumin – 20 grams
- Clove- 10 grams
- Mace- 10 grams
- Nutmeg- 10 grams
- Cinnamon- 10 grams
- Bay leaves- 3-4
How to make Garam Masala
- To make garam masala powder, first clean all the spices thoroughly.
- After this, dry roast all the other things except mace and nutmeg in a pan.
- Fry them on low flame until there is a slight difference in color and the aroma starts coming from these spices.
- After this, take them out in a bowl and now add nutmeg and mace pieces to it.
- After this, grind all these things with the help of a mixer.
- Your homemade pure garam masala is ready. It can be stored comfortably for a year by keeping it in an airtight container.
