PM Modi held a meeting with NDA’s ‘king makers’

New Delhi: Narendra Modi has resigned from the post of Prime Minister. On the election results in the last Council of Ministers meeting before his resignation, he said that victory and defeat are a part of politics, the numbers game continues. After the declaration of 2024 results, Modi has resigned from the post of PM and he can take oath as Prime Minister again by June 8 for the next term. He also said in the meeting with the colleagues of the Council of Ministers that we have done good work for ten years and will do so in future also.

Narendra Modi said that ruling organizations have lived up to the expectations of the public everywhere and will continue to live up to them. He said that you all worked well, worked very hard. Modi smiled and boosted everyone’s morale and thanked everyone. After the meeting with the ministers, Modi went to meet President Draupadi Murmu, where he submitted his resignation to the President.

After the results of Lok Sabha elections, political activity is in full swing in Delhi. Meanwhile, leaders of the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA) held discussions regarding government formation here on Wednesday.

TDP President N Chandrababu Naidu, JDU leader and Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Shiv Sena leader and Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde and LJP (Ram Vilas) leader Chirag Paswan were also present in the meeting led by PM Modi. Many senior BJP leaders also attended the meeting.

According to data released by the Election Commission, TDP, JDU, Shinde-led Shiv Sena and LJP (Ram Vilas) have won 16, 12, seven and five seats respectively. At the same time, after the formation of the government, these parties will play an important role. Let it be known that this meeting took place a day after the ruling coalition won majority in the Lok Sabha elections. This result of Lok Sabha has paved the way for the third term for Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

According to news agency PTI, NDA leaders are expected to formally express their confidence in Modi’s leadership and MPs from the alliance’s constituent parties may meet in a few days to elect him as their leader.

Here, after reaching Delhi, CM Shinde said at the airport that I have not come here to ask for anything. I have come here to support PM Modi in forming the government. The Prime Minister has got majority and NDA will form the government under his leadership.
