More than 30 Trinamool Congress MLAs were absent in the last days of the West Bengal budget session. The ruling TMC has prepared a list of MLAs who were absent in violation of the party whip. Disciplinary action will be taken against all of them after Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee returns from her London tour this weekend. Party sources gave this information on Wednesday. According to TMC sources, the TMC disciplinary committee will take further action after receiving the list from Speaker Biman Banerjee’s office about the MLAs who requested leave.
