After the mega teaser of King of Kotha went viral, Dulquer Salmaan is turning the previous records into legends. Within 12 hours of the release of the teaser, King of Kotha has broken the record of the highest number of views on YouTube in a single day in Malayalam. The audience has given a huge response to the teaser of the film. Initially given a spark by the teaser, the team has embarked on a grand promotional programme. The teaser has been watched by 96 lakh people and is still trending unbeaten at the number one spot.
Directed by Abhilash Joshi, son of famous director Joshi, the film is jointly produced by Zee Studios and Dulquer’s Wayfarer Films. The film stars Shabir Kallarakal, Prasanna, Aishwarya Lakshmi, Naila Usha, Chemban Vinod, Gokul Suresh, Shammi Thilakan, Vada Chennai Sharan and Anikha Surendran in lead roles and will hit the theaters on Onam.
