The new Parliament complex was inaugurated by PM Narendra Modi on 28 May. Today the second day of the special Parliament session will be held in the new building. While the Rajya Sabha will meet at 2.15 pm in the Upper House chamber of the new Parliament House, the Lok Sabha will meet at 1.15 pm in the Lower House chamber of the newly constructed Parliament House. Astrologer Pandit Akshay Dixit of Madhya Pradesh Ujjain says that the first meeting is to be held on September 19 in the new Parliament House, symbolizing the spirit of self-reliant India. Ganesh Chaturthi is also on this day. Lord Ganesha is considered the first revered god in Hindu religion. In any auspicious work, there is a rule to worship Lord Ganesha first.

It is believed that by worshiping Lord Ganesha, Bappa removes all obstacles. In such a situation, the selection of this day for proceedings in the new Parliament is very auspicious. The first meeting will be held in the new Parliament building on 19 September 2023. According to the Panchang, this day will be the Chaturthi Tithi of Shukla Paksha of Bhadrapada month. Besides, auspicious yoga like Brahma and Shukla is also being formed on this day.
