Grilled Cauliflower Recipe
Ingredients- 1 medium sized cabbage, 2 cups curd, 1/2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste, 1/2 or 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 or 1 tsp garam masala powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder (ground coriander), 1 tsp chaat masala, 1/2 tsp carom seeds, 1 tsp kasoori methi (dry fenugreek) leaves, 2 tbsp gram flour, 1 or 2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp oil black salt Or rock salt as per requirement.

For this, first of all you have to prepare curd. Tie the curd in a cotton cloth and hang it, so that its extra water can drain out.
– Wash the cabbage and cut it into medium size. Then boil it in salt water for five minutes.
-Put this cabbage in a bowl. Add drained curd, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, lemon juice, celery, kasuri methi and gram flour and mix everything well.
Now keep this bowl in the fridge for an hour.
grilling method
– Preheat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius. Apply oil on the marinated cabbage and place it one by one on the grill rack.
– It has to be grilled for 25-30 minutes. Keep checking from time to time whether the color of the cabbage is turning golden or not.
– If it needs to be lightly browned from all sides, keep turning.
– Once the cabbage is grilled well, take it out.
– Place it in a plate and sprinkle chaat masala on top and serve.
To make the taste a little more spicy, you can also add lemon juice on grilled cabbage. Serve with coriander-mint chutney.
