Election Commission notice to Sharad Pawar and Ajit Pawar

Mumbai: There is a possibility of a big stir in the politics of Maharashtra once again. After the split in NCP, now the Election Commission has issued notice to NCP chief Sharad Pawar and Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar to appear.

It is known that there is a fight going on in the Election Commission between Sharad Pawar faction and Ajit Pawar faction regarding the party symbol and party name. The Election Commission has issued notices to Sharad Pawar and Ajit Pawar and ordered them to appear in Delhi at 3 pm on Friday. Whose organization is this request going to be submitted to the Election Commission? Therefore Sharad Pawar and Ajit Pawar will have to appear before the Election Commission.

In fact, after the split of NCP, both the factions have presented their written submissions before the Election Commission. Information in this regard has been given to the Election Commission through an affidavit. Now the next step is that both the leaders will have to appear before the Election Commission. But now information has been received from sources that Sharad Pawar will not appear before the Election Commission.

It has been told that lawyer Abhishek Manu Singhvi will represent the Sharad Pawar faction. Meanwhile, earlier Sharad Pawar faction had submitted 9 thousand pages of affidavits to the Commission. 5 thousand pages of affidavits have been filed by Ajit Pawar group. Also, Sharad Pawar has expressed objection to Ajit Pawar group itself.

The proposers for the election of National President were Chhagan Bhujbal, Ajit Pawar, Sunil Tatkare and Dhananjay Munde. Sharad Pawar was selected only with the consent of these four leaders. Besides, errors have also been found in the affidavit submitted by the Ajit Pawar group to the Election Commission.
