He saw Gir cows for the first time when he went to study engineering. Later he bought two cows. The current 150 cows have reached from those purchased ten years ago.

Normal ghee is available for 3000 rupees. Brijendrakumar says that this ghee is medicinal enough to remove even madness.
Ten liters of milk can be obtained from one cow. This milk contains amino acids. Gir cow’s milk is also very special. 120 per liter. About forty cows are being milked now. We get 300 to 400 liters of milk daily. But whole milk is not sold because many people do not know about this.
Gir cow’s milk contains 20 types of amino acids, 25 types of minerals, phosphorus, nitrogen, sugars and nutrients. Gir cow’s milk is rich in nutrition. It contains many elements that are necessary to protect the body from diseases.
