Pakistan wants to do business with India: Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar

London: Relations between India and Pakistan have not been good for a long time. After a long political turmoil, a new government has been formed and they want to maintain good relations with their neighbours. Foreign Minister of Shahbaz government Ishaq Dar also said that the business community of Pakistan wants to start trade with India. He said, the neighbor cannot be changed.

Ishaq Dar was holding a press conference in London, when he commented on the abrogation of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir and said that whatever happened was wrong. Ishaq Dar said, we regret the Indian action of August 2019, but Pakistan’s business community wants to restore trade with India. Talks will be held in this regard and a decision will be taken after reviewing all the proposals.

Pakistan’s Foreign Minister said that discussion about this was being raised even before the budget. It is difficult to trade through Singapore. The cost of transportation is additional and hence a meeting will be held regarding this and it will be seen what can be done with the trade to boost the economy. He was talking to the media, where he said, I cannot answer it in yes or no right now, because consultation is needed.
