Meeting of Lok Sabha constituency workers concluded in State Congress office

Bhopal: A meeting of senior Congress leaders and workers of Lok Sabha constituency including Narela assembly was called at the State Congress office regarding the election campaign of Congress candidate from Bhopal Lok Sabha constituency Arun Srivastava and the responsibility of the workers to work at the booth. While addressing the workers in the meeting, senior party leaders stressed on strengthening their respective booths.

Congress candidate Arun Srivastava, while addressing the Congressmen, said that you are our commander and all of us have full responsibility as to how we have to reach the booth and cast each and every vote in favor of Congress. He said that like you, I am also an ordinary worker.

Shri Srivastava said that I am not only competing with BJP’s Alok Sharma, but we are also facing trouble due to BJP’s rhetoric, politics of lies and rampant inflation in the state, unemployment, atrocities on farmers, atrocities on SC people, atrocities on women. There is competition. He said that BJP is giving the slogan of 400 crosses, BJP wants to change the Constitution made by Baba Saheb Dr. Ambedkar. If BJP tries to change Baba Saheb Ambedkar’s law, I will be the first to raise my voice. You make me win the elections, I will be your voice.

Shri Srivastava said that there is no master plan on the land of Bhopal since 2005. Many colonies have been declared illegal, so why are taxes being collected? Congress has taken bullets in the chest to liberate the country. We will not allow the laws of this country to be changed.

Senior leaders Thakur Surendra Singh, Mahendra Joshi, Dr. Mahendra Singh Chauhan, District Congress President Praveen Saxena, Congress Working President Asif Zaki, former Mayor Deepchand Yadav, former Mayor Vibha Patel, J.P. were present in the meeting. Hundreds of workers of Narela Assembly including Dhanopia, Manoj Kapoor, Ravi Saxena, Lalit Sen, Sanjay Gupta, Madhya Pradesh Congress Minority Department state spokesperson Jamshed Alam were present.
